 Thank you for choosing Woof N Goof Pet Resort for your pet’s swimming adventures! We strive to provide an enjoyable and safe experience for all our furry guests. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking a swimming session. 

 1. **Non-Refundable Bookings**: All swimming pool bookings are final and non-refundable. By booking a session, you agree to this term, acknowledging that no refund will be issued for any reason once your booking is confirmed.

 2. **Non-Transferable Bookings**: Bookings cannot be transferred to another pet or owner. Each booking is unique to the pet and owner details provided at the time of reservation.

 3. **No Rescheduling**: Once a booking is made, it cannot be rescheduled. We understand plans can change, but due to the scheduling demands and preparation required for each session, we are unable to accommodate changes. 

 4. **Cancellation by Woof N Goof Pet Resort**: In the rare event that we must cancel a booked swimming session due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, maintenance issues, or other operational concerns, we will provide a full refund to the affected customers. Alternatively, customers will have the option to book another available session at no additional cost, subject to availability.

 5. **Late Arrivals**: We encourage all pet owners to arrive on time for their scheduled booking. Late arrivals may result in a reduced swimming session duration, but no partial refunds will be issued.

 6. **Safety and Health**: The safety and health of pets and staff are our top priorities. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that presents health or safety concerns without a refund.
