First-Time Swimmer Guidelines at Woof N Goof Pet Resort

Pet Preparation:

Ensure your pet hasn't eaten for at least one hour before the swimming session.

You don't have to carry anything for your pet except bring your pet's favorite water-friendly toy. Incase you don't have such toys don't worry we have toys for your pet. 

Human Essentials:

Pack your own swimming essentials. 

A changing booth with a shower is available for humans. 

Arrival Instructions:

Gates will be closed upon arrival. 

A bell on the right side of the gate is available for assistance. Staff will secured the boarding pets before opening the gates. It may take 10 minutes to open the gate. 

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. 

Parking Information 

Limited parking is available inside the resort.

 Follow staff guidance if the parking is full. 

Initial Pet Acclimation:

Follow staff instructions for the first half-hour to help your pet become comfortable in the water. 

Customized Activities and video capture 

in the second half, feel free to request specific activities like slide or diving for your pet in the pool.

If you prefer no staff in the pool, please communicate your preference. 

Also keep in mind every pet is unique, requiring patience from pet parents as we tailor the experience to their individual needs
